Randy is a visionary leader. Utilizing over 20 years of experience in logistics and prior careers in accounting and manufacturing, he challenges QC leadership and their teams to continuously innovate solutions for customers’ and industry needs.
Rachel Celiberti
Chief Financial Officer
Rachel is responsible for strategic and financial planning, treasury and risk management, compliance, information technology and more. Prior to joining QC, Rachel worked in the energy, chemicals and manufacturing sectors for nearly three decades.
Elena Adang
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Elena heads the legal and human resources departments, advising the company on a broad spectrum of employment, compliance, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining our team, she focused her practice on business litigation and employment defense, representing clients in the transportation and logistics sectors.
Neil Bartley
SVP – Quality Carriers & QWS
Neil uses his extensive logistics experience to oversee and grow our bulk chemical trucking and tank wash businesses. Prior to joining QC, he had a robust career in chemical manufacturing and distribution.
Joe Acevedo
VP – QDS
Joe joined the company in 2025. He is responsible for leading our QDS teams, and uses his extensive experience to provide excellent and innovative solutions for our customers.
Nicole Gabel
VP – Process Improvement
Nicole focuses on technology improvements across the company, whether it is an improved ELD for our drivers or ERP system. She brings a long career in the technology field and exceptional project management skills to solve challenges and improve experiences.
Phillip Graves
VP – MIS
Phil leads the MIS department, including hardware, software and the help desk. With a lengthy career in the IT field, he leverages his technology and leadership experience to design and enhance our enterprise programs, projects, and initiatives.
Amy Holcomb
VP – Customer Account Management
Amy focuses on optimizing customer account processes and experience. She utilizes a strong background in business management and finance to analyze data and provide others with training and tools to improve efficiencies.
Scott Hunt
VP – Fleet Operations
Scott leads the tractor and trailer repair and maintenance business. His impressive career in the trucking industry has spanned multiple areas, including operations, customer service, and maintenance.
Alok Kumar
VP – Multimodal Solutions
Alok leads the rail-based transportation, door-to-door intermodal, and multimodal product offerings. Prior to joining QC, his career within transportation and logistics was focused on intermodal and supply chain.
Bill McParland
VP – Claims Management
Bill oversees the claims department. His extensive claims and risk management experience guides his team in managing all accidents and other events incident to our businesses.
Fred Marsicano
SVP – Safety, Security & Risk Management
Fred oversees the safety & security departments, including DOT compliance and regional driver training centers. Throughout his decades in the transportation industry, he has held various operational and safety roles.
Zach Schelp
VP – Controller
Zach leads the accounting, accounts payable, and tax departments. He utilizes his accounting and finance expertise to direct our budget.
Chris Silfies
VP – Operations
Chris ensures the success of 100+ trucking locations across North America. He has had an extensive career in the trucking industry, with expertise in cement and dry bulk deliveries, as well as chemicals.
Jason Stephens
VP – Pricing
Jason leads the trucking pricing strategy and manages customer contracts. He combines a deep understanding of the trucking industry, market trends and customer needs to develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
