Class-A CDL OTR Company Driver

Compensation and Incentives

• Average $2500.00 to $3800.00 gross per week
• Time and a half after 2200 miles in the work week
• $ 3,000.00 sign-on bonus 
• Referral bonus – No Limits! 

Run Details:

• Over-the-road position, out 3 to 4 weeks at a time 
• All 48 States  

Equipment and Safety:

• Road facing event recorder + Collision Avoidance
• Truck Speeds – 68 mph on the pedal, 68 mph on cruise
• Comprehensive industry renowned Hazmat Safety training

Skills and Abilities:

• Valid CDL-A With Tanker endorsement and Hazmat
• TWIC Card
• At least 1 year of Class A Tractor Trailer Experience

Education and Experience:

• CDL-A with Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements
• Must have a TWIC Card or be willing to obtain within 60 days of hire
• Have at least one (1) year experience (six months with the same carrier) under a D.O.T. certified carrier with articulating vehicles in the last three (3) years. Or, have one (1) year Tanker experience (six months with the same carrier) with articulating vehicles in the last ten (10) years.
• Tanker experience preferred
• Have no more than 7 jobs in the last 3 years
• Have no more than 3 combined moving violations in any motor vehicle and/or preventable accidents in a CMV within the last 3 years.
• No speeding tickets in any motor vehicle at or above 80 mph or 15 mph over the posted speed limit in the last 12 months.
